With space and time, wellness shines through

Leanne Myggland-Carter (aka Left "L") and Lynn Gale (aka Right "L") provide space and time for those seeking to experience the benefits of guided writing and gentle yoga that is designed to leave participants relaxed, refreshed, and restored. Events vary from intimate sharing circles to exploring grief and trauma classes to full-day women's workshops. No previous writing or yoga experience is required to attend, and all writing supplies, shawls, woven blankets, eye pillows, and yoga mats and blocks are provided.

L&L Writing and Wellness Practitioners, published writing instructor Leanne Myggland-Carter and certified yoga instructor Lynn Gale, invite you to experience the benefits of guided writing, a Surrender Box activity, and gentle yoga designed to leave you relaxed, refreshed, and restored.


Lunch is included in the price with vegetarian and gluten-, dairy-, and lactose-free options available. Each participant also receives a gift bag that includes a journal and a pen, and everyone will have a chance to win a door prize.


No previous writing or yoga experience is required. Activity supplies, shawls, woven blankets, eye pillows, and yoga mats and blocks are provided.

Wholehearted is a 4-hour workshop that involves inner reflection that will result in both acceptance and illumination of self while you experience the benefits of creating sacred time and space for your own mental and physical wellness.


L&L Writing and Wellness Practitioners, published writing instructor Leanne Myggland-Carter and certified yoga instructor Lynn Gale, invite you to experience the benefits of guided writing and gentle yoga designed to leave you relaxed and refreshed, and prepared for a restorative home practice.


Light refreshments will be served, and each participant receives a journal and a pen and has a chance to win a door prize.


No previous writing or yoga experience is required. Activity supplies, shawls, woven blankets, eye pillows, and yoga mats and blocks are provided.


Remember to bring your own water bottle and hot beverage mug.
